Discovery
Depending on the nature of a project, the kick-off meeting may be followed by any combination of the following: stakeholder interviews, questionnaires, market research, competitive analysis, and content strategy. In all cases, a creative brief is drafted and approved.
Content
Copywriting isn't a requirement of every project, but when it is, our writers work closely with our clients to draft (or edit) messaging that is accurate, compelling, and champions the tone and voice of the brand.
Design
Every project is unique. But most begin with a presentation of multiple design solutions. Once the client has selected a preferred direction, it is expanded and refined over a series of review rounds. Custom photography, illustration, and infographics are also produced.
Production
Our production process is unique to each type of project, or course. But they all share a common obsession with the details. Whether it's a publication, a marketing campaign, a package design or event graphics, our proofing and approval process is designed to deliver perfection.
